Thats is cool BD,
Its a nice looking T.
I have a 1/2" sling, and it seems to be very slow growing.
The care sheet I have does'nt talk about growth rate.
Is your's a slow grower?
Also mine has a little burrow it lives in. Is yours a burrower?

I don't know about Dragonfly's t, but my 2 b. vagans really like to hide in their burrows. When I bought them they were tiny and had made little tunnels to the bottom of their vials. Now they are 2 inches or so, so they grew quickly IMO and they are still definitely burrowers.

Hey Mr.T, I too have one that started as a sling and she is now 2.5" if not 3. Mine has always been a good eater and maybe that attributes to the quick growth.

They really are very pretty after a fresh molt

Mine is growing fairly quickly I think. Who knows, probably a male!

Mine does like to burrow. But I still get to see it plenty. Right now its burrow is in the corner of a small critter keeper.

How much will that cost? There is an exotic petstore out here that tries to sell the lager ones for like 60 or 80 bucks.

nice pretty T!
Mine was fairly fast growing, and a female (for once!)
here is her growth rate:
got her on 3-14 at approx 3.25"
molted:
4/21/2002 to 4.5" 10-18-02 to 5.5"
sizes are approximate. I believe she is mature now.
Actually, now that I look at the growth rate, that isn't all that fast, but MUCH faster than other Brachypelma spp.
