Found some in Dubia bin

Moth larvae, can be a pest in large numbers. Some people that find them in there feeder bin use them as feeders for small insects but I don’t recommend it

Oh good to know I was going to feed them to my anoles. Do you know the actual scientific name?

That looks more like a lesser mealworm larva (Alphitobius diaperinus) than a meal moth caterpillar (Plodia interpunctella). I'm not going to say this one is utterly certain, as a lot of beetle larvae look pretty similar. Easiest way to be sure is to let them finish growing.

Polenta comparing the two pictures it almost looks like lesser mealworm.

I'm pretty sure it's just the adult beetles that are harmful to chickens due to the toxic quinones they produce. The larvae aren't toxic.
