Moth larvae, can be a pest in large numbers. Some people that find them in there feeder bin use them as feeders for small insects but I don’t recommend it
That looks more like a lesser mealworm larva (Alphitobius diaperinus) than a meal moth caterpillar (Plodia interpunctella). I'm not going to say this one is utterly certain, as a lot of beetle larvae look pretty similar. Easiest way to be sure is to let them finish growing.
