Found a phidippus audax in the house!

So the wife and kid were inside and this brave little toaster boi was just chilling, so we’ve set him up and I offered a little food and he ATE IT lol

any advice for how to keep him happy, for sure a male, and he’s larger so I don’t suspect he has long to live in the big scheme of things.

tried to clean the picture up a bit it’s hard to get a shot of ‘em.
Need a bigger cage cause they are a bit more mobile than tarantulas. Crazy that I just recently got into the T’s, I’ve NEVER seen these before but they apparently are all over the place. What luck!

Assuming you mean the word “boi”
It’s more of a meme than anything. It kinda just means “cute boy”
Reguardless, just feed him once or twice a week depending on how large the prey is. And spray the enclosure with a little water on the walls every day.

(In case he is sub-adult) If he seems to be molting, spray more often to keep humidity up.
