How'd you get the scorp not to be dominated by blue? Did you do any editing, or do you have an awesome camera? Whenever I try UV photography, my green scorps always come out blue. :evil:

I couldn't give you an honest answer mate, I just snapped the pic using my girlfriends woodslamp :p (she does beauty therapy) and it came out in the normal green.. I wasn't using a flash so maybe that had something to do with it? The camera isn't really that good either.

Hmm . . . flash overpowers my UV lamps. Still a cool pic, though. :D

How come my camera doesn't pick up my scorpion under black light??

Hold your camera very steady, and turn off the flash. If it's too dark, turn up the exposure time. If it's too blurry, lower the exposure time. That's all I can say without knowing anything about your camera.
