Hi there folks!
I just realized that i REALLY need a few VERY hairy T's and the sooner- the better =)
I'm still even close not as good in genuses and species as many of you, guys, so need your advices.
I have only a few T's that come in mind.
1) B. Albopilosum and B. Albopilosum Nicaragua
2) Nhandu Tripepii (maybe Coloratovillosus as well, but i still think Tripeppi way more fluffy)
3) Psalmopoeus Pulcher (?)
4) and of course many Avics.
I already have Nicaragua and now leaning to Tripepii as my next T. Any other ideas? Thank you for your help! :)

P. Cambridgei males are crazy fuzzy but obviously die soon.
Tripeppi would be a great get IMO. Def one I’ll get next opportunity

Out of the list you mentioned, I don’t have any nhandu or Aphonopelma species. Sounds like several of those would be great choices for ya.

I do have a mature female T. Albopilosum and a Psalmopeous Pulcher our of the list you mentioned. The Albo is a must have in any collection IMO. Although they are very common, a nice specimen of the species is a great addition to any collection. Always out when adults and easy going for the most part (depends on the indivual). The Psalmopeous Pulcher are beautiful. However, they may be a bit much for you currently as you are brand new. They can be very quick and defensive. They are more reclusive as well and rarely seen at times although their webbing can be awesome.

Oh yeah got to love those floofy legs! Nhandu tripepii, carapoensis and coloratovillosus and I think Grammostola iheringi and/or actaeon all have floof.

Good one with the versicolor! Would be right up the OPs alley for sure. Awesome Ts to have around. One of my favorites!

G. Iheringi isn’t super fluffy IMO although they have more fluff than others I guess.

Here’s a pic of my juvie Iherengi suspected male

And I’m sure you’ve seen T albopilosum plenty of times but here’s my big fluff ball

I love how fluffy and grey the male Psalmopoeus irminia looks, it reminds me of my favorite baggy grey sweatpants, lol 😁

Caribena versicolor is another super fluffy tarantula. 😁

Even the carapace of the versi look like they're made from stretched cotton wool.

N. coloratovillsus...IMO theyre the fluffiest Nhandu.
Wow! Even fluffier than Tripepii? Thought, that Tripepii is far ahead in that aspect. Do you have them both to compare? It would be very useful to hear the opinion of someone who has them both in person :)

I'm not afraid of angry fast T's,) I joined this hobby only few months ago and already have P. Metallica (adult), Lampropelma Violaceopes (Singapore Blue), OBT (adult), P. Muticus and H. Pulchripes)) I decided not to hesitate and entered OW territoria relatevely early, because I live in apartment, don't have a basement or a garage, so unfortunately i don't have the opportunity to keep dozens of T's , especially taking into account that i prefer to keep all my T's in relatevely large glass decorated enclosures. I already have 12 and it is close to my limit i guess :( well saing, i'm really picky about choosing new T's :D
Monocentropus lambertoni is pretty furry/fluffy/fuzzy.
Wow! This T is absolutely gorgeous! But i'am afraid it's almost impossible to get one in Moscow where i live. I'm not sure that somebody even has those T's here, moreover selling them.... and buying abroad still a problem due to pandemic mail problems.

I LOVE my P.Pulcher. It is still a small sling and does not have the adult colors but it has a few long fuzzes on the bum. It is so cute and I wish I had a pic I could share.

Wow! The diffirence seems significant! :astonished: But your Tripepii looks a bit duller (darker?) as i saw on many pictures. Do they the same age? And why do they look such hairballs on other photos? :embarrassed: (under spoiler)
Perhaps they obtain "hairs" as they mature?
