ok I had been seeing a few flies inside my P. regalis's container well I decided to take a look around and found a dead cricket with a bunch of maggots on it... well I moved the regalis to a new enclosure, and then looked at the rest of my slings.. and found a few in a couple ofcontainers... well I relocated those spiderlings also. and removed all food from every vial. now I am going to let them all dry out... how dry should I let it get before its too dry. or could I use a very small water dish? and let the substrate dry out completly? now will these flies hurt my babies or will they just be an annoyance? and any other ideas on how to get rid of them.

You have phorid flies. The drier the better(to control them). Keep things on the dry side and remove all dead crickets and food boluses. If you have feeder insect colonies remove dead individuals from them too. I believe they will only harm your T's if there is excessive moisture and no airflow and/or the T is in a weakened state. Take time to destroy as many flies as possible without getting bit by your T.
