I've been pulling out a lot of huge males from my colony lately. I'm going to isolate them and hopefully breed a giant-only colony. :)
This guy was just stunning as heck. His colors are different now that he's hardened but I've never seen such a deep notch in the pronotum of any other roach. Plus, although his left antenna is pushed up against the side of the container, when it's free it's curled like the right one. :p He's just one cool roach. 8D

Here it is yet another spectacular roach that is the Flat-Horn hisser. It looks marvelous compared to other mates in the same category. It will be very easy to get a huge collection of them if we start with some of the big males. It will be fantastic to see a bunch of these together. One striking factor of this roach is its amazing color and the size. Such deep color is a very rare combination.
