Fl centipede distribution question

Any one know the blue centipede's north american distribution? found what I believe is a "FL blue centipede" in Posey Co. Indiana. I know they are common in the southern US and believe I read somewhere that they occur in KY but just can't recall for sure. Any input would be much appreciated. No pic yet, sorry.
