First molt in my care...

...and it decides to molt while I'm in Sweden :wall:
It's Itsy, my smallest G.rosea sling that molted, and it's the first T that molts in my care. Everything went fine it seems, nothing stuck or injured. So, apart from missing the event, I'm happy.

Now, if only that E. truculentus would eat I'd be even happier...

Anyway, here are some pics :D

Thanks :)
And yeah, I'm a little puzzled over how dark it has gotten... It did however look just like a normal rosie sling before it went into premolt.
But I'm all new to this, and far from an expert

No one here is an expert.. ;)

My first thought when I seen you picture.. G. pulchripes..

As I stated in another sling ID thread.. (I know you wasnt asking for ID help.. So Im just saying..) At this size it would be hard to offer a 100% ID on the spider.. So I am merely offering a suggestion based on looks alone.. That one looks alot like my G. pulchripes did at that size.. Maybe 1"-1.5"... Right?

:)

Maybe after it hardens, the OP could get a pic from the front? Seeing the knees might help a little.

I was actually thinking the same thing Redneck.

Haha, you guys are getting my hopes up, I really want a G. pulchripes!
I'll try to get a better picture, though I know it's tricky to ID from a pic.

I am almost certain you have a G. pulchripes... Here is one I just sold.. Is it almost identical to yours?

Got a couple of shots, not very good ones, but clear enough I hope. And yeah, it's VERY similar, if not identical.

If it actually is a pulchripes, I'm gonna be really happy - they are so pretty!
I guess all I can do now is to wait and see :D
