Hello
I live in Utah, about 9 days ago I captured a wolf spider with egg sac. I put her in a large tea jar with soil and grass and a small lid for water. I have been feeding her flys and a baby cricket. She tore open her egg sac a few days ago and the babies are now aboard her back. The problem is I will now need to release her, if I tip the jar will the babies scatter and will it hurt her and the babies? I need to know the best way I could do this. Any help would be appreciated. My family and I have really enjoyed watching her with her babies and catch her prey.

You could stick something in there and try to get her to run up it, like a small piece of wood.

As long as the soil isn't loose enough to fall all over her, it should be fine to just tip it on it's side and let them loose.
