After a little over a week after she had molted, I decided to introduce her to the male again. She took 2 red runners before so I’m sure she was fully sclerotized and I got the stage where the male made a spermatophore but she simply walked away...I’m at a complete loss now, every single attempt has ended up with him making a spermatophore and she just leaves. I know that she’s receptive since she’ll tap/vibrate her antenniform legs back

which species?
There plenty of known, and millions of unknown circumstances and possible influences why a mating does not work.
Seperate them, feed them 3-4 weeks, try it again. Otherwise wait for the next moult of both, and try again.
Patient with whips is one of the most important things.

Phrynus barbadensis, and I’ll try and separate and fatten both of them up in the meantime.
