I recently got my first hatchling P. biguttatus and I was wondering what would be best to feed it? I'm assuming fruit flies or pinhead crickets but I just wanted some input. Also how long after hatching do they typically start eating? Also, I know nymphs tend to be more cannibalistic than adults so should I house them together or keep them separate til adulthood?

I don't think fruit flies would work, try feeding them small crickets that have had their heads smashed, nymphs will feed on prey that's even a little bigger than themselves if it's easy to take down.

Yes, those feeders are good choices. I would supply them immediately.

Once again, you are correct. Separate the nymphs ASAP.

Ok, I will make sure to keep them separate. Is moist paper towel an ok substrate or should I use eco earth?
