What species are the white feeder mice? And where do their wild cousins live?

Oh so it's a house mouse, guess you wouldnt want them getting loose then!

Has anyone had any escapees that turned feral and started multiplying outside? I always wondered if that was possible since all they know was living in cages.

yes, I have seen pet mice get loose and populate a house.

Hmm, well if their a house mouse I guess I should have realized that. :D

I would imagine if they got into a barn with grain or straw, even albinos, as long as predators didnt get them they would adapt and multiply.
