My Parabuthus specimens have grown at a decent rate.

Certain Parabuthus under proper conditions grow very fast

Centruroides grow quickly along with tityus

Most tropical bark species are fast growing and mature younger

Fastest I've seen, mature at around 3 or less months.
Size-wise... IDK, probably Parabuthus?

Yes I would agree with Arachodrew on this. Most fast growing species are tropical in origin. The slower growing species in Tarantulas and scorpions tend to be those that have heavy seasonal variance that would limit activity and prey
