Evansville Show & Zoo Pics...

Myself and some friends went to the Evansville Show this weekend and visited the Zoo as well afterwards....heres a link to the pics I took on our trip.....too many to post here lol.

We had a reptile show? Hmph. Not that I need to buy anything new anyway. lol

Man I never knew that zoo existed when I lived there let alone a reptile show. :wall: All I thought Evansville was the casino boats

The reptile show is fairly new....they only do it twice a year I think. It was a decent sized show with a good selection of herps....not many inverts though.

The zoo has been here for years, heh. They recently build a new Amazonia exhibit that everyone tells me is awesome, but I've not seen it yet. I'm never on that side of Evansville for anything, maybe I should make a special trip sometime.

Where was the reptile show at? I never heard anything about it. Nothing in the local paper or on the local stations nor did my local reptile friends tell me about it. I know they have a big "Tails and Scales" reptile meet-n-greet at Wesselman Woods every spring. People bring their herps and let the local public see and learn about reptiles and other unconventional pets.

Hey nice pics those frogs are unreal just like you guys said..
I am actaully really excited, I think I am going to that same zoo this Tuesday coming up I just moved to Kentucky with my girlfriend and her parents and my girls grandma is really nice and taking us to that zoo and a museum I think....
I will take pics and make a thread and post them for you all to see ok..
I just hope my camera takes good pics.(The quelity isnt so good on my camera I dont think lol)

Also I really love reptiles could you guys tell me as much info as you can about the one here?
I live in Madisonville Kentucky not to far from Evansville...
I would really like to check it out when it happens again.
Like when is the next one?
and is there a web site or something?
