Euscorpius italicus

May 23, 2008
When collecting E. italicus on a wall at night, one fell down. In a reflex I grabbed it, and of course it stung me in the middle of my hand. The pain was immediate like a bee-sting, but much less strong. It lasted locally for about 5-10 mins.
