Euathlus sp red molting problems

Doing my maintenance rounds, i found my Euathlus sp red like this:



I have no idea if its still molting, or if it has been stuck like that for a while. No movement.

How long has it been like that? And how big is this specimen, hard to tell from a pic.

Its 1cm dls, bit it looks like it made it:
