Hii everyone!!
In a previous post I mentioned I was going to attempt to rehouse my eresus sling into a small tarantula cribs. I ended up placing their deli cup inside and expected them to come out on their own terms and left them for a couple days.
Today I returned to feed her and see if I could take her deli cup and noticed a bunch of tiny black dots on the side of her cork bark and a new molt.
Can anyone identify what they are? Are they poop? Eggs? Mites? I’m kinda scared I’m doing something wrong
I also saw they built a “bridge” to the new enclosure and haven’t used the cork bark so I’m leaving the deli cup for a few more days. I dropped 2 small mealworms (one buried below the deli cup
) to try and lure them since after molting mine is usually really hungry.
Thanks in advance for the help
