Hello,

I recently bought three tiny slings - one each eresus blue, moravicus and walckenaeri and they arrived on the 15th March. I've got them in small sling tubs, dry substrate, dry moss and a small piece of cork bark. They were quite active when I put them in but I've seen nothing of them at all for 5 days. I read that they probably wouldn't eat for a few days - I put a small fruit fly in with each and they're still jigging around in there - but I don't know if there should be any webbing yet.

I don't want to poke around and disturb them - I'm just really worried.

Any help would be great.

Thanks for responding - I read all the posts about Eresus before I got them. Nothing tells me how long it should be before they start webbing up or when there should be any sign of life.

I got a D diamantinensis at the same time - he's webbing and eating and I'm not worried about him at all :)
