I'm currently in the planning phase for building a rack and wanted to know if a 30x30x30cm enclosure would be enough for the chromatus and would a 40x30x30cm be enough for the Intermedia and Iheringi?

Hi
Are you building custom enclosures too?
I would personally go for 40x30x25H for all of them( if they are at least 6 inch DLS)

Size of enclosures is always determined by the size of specimens and not the tarantula species itself.

That't not totally true, you can keep a 2 inch tarantula in a 60x40x40 enclosure without any problems at all, like I did.

The size of the enclosure depends in how much care you want to put in it.

Here is mine, then and now:

I keep an AF G. actaeon in a large ExoTerra Breeder Box, she's doing fine.

You already have the answers to the size question.
I wanted to commend you for putting all three questions into one thread :) , not everyone does this, but it's helpful.
