Enclosure size for 2i/3i Tityus & Leiurus sp. & arid species scorpling question

Back again with another basic question surrounding keeping these scorpions, but when they’re 2i/3i, would they be ‘swimming’ in a 16 oz deli cup? Would it be better to put them in a 5.5 oz deli cup instead?

With the L. heberti 2i/3i, would you suggest misting one side of the enclosure every week or so? Or is keeping them completely dry and let them get their water from their prey be the best?

Should note the size of the 5.5 oz deli cups are Top Diameter: 2 7/8" Bottom Diameter: 1 7/8" Height: 2 3/8"

What size deli cup is this? And what instar is yours? Did you spray down a side to provide water at all?
