Emperor scorpion paludarium?

I'd like to upgrade my emperor scorpion's enclosure at some point to a 30+ gallon long. I was wondering if i could build a paludarium, with the water part being sloped enough to climb out of. But is this unsafe? I wouldn't want her to drown herself.

If you ever have a water part / feature in any enclosure you will need to keep it well filtered and clean or change the water every 2 days which will stress the scorpion, P. imperator do not live by running water or water courses - quite the opposite.
