in the sunlight. Is it time to molt? or whats up?

Its just the UV rays from the sun. They are a lot weaker than those from a blacklight, so instead of fluorescing, it just looks like the scorpion changed colour.

It's perfectly normal.

Mine are the same way. Sometimes the camera flash has the same effect.
