Will milli's readily take up egg shell as a source of calcium? I know egg shells are used as a calcium source for harvesting worms, but they have a grinding plate in their mouth. Just looking to incorporate something that I am already throwing out, but I want to do what is beneficial for my pedes. I am familiar with calcium powder and cuttlebone being used.

Hi,
I use egg shell over 10 years and it works quite good. Bigger species like A. gigas eat them directly. Other species wait till the egg shell is a little degenerated.
