The general rule of thumb that I have that seems to have the best results is waiting almost exactly one week to feed.
One question though, why thawed out pinkies? Toss some fat squeaky ones in!

Because i am a little squeemish and im not a fan of cleaning up blood...also baby mice are cool and id probabaly want to keep it as a pet if it wasnt dead =) also if the T isnt 100% recooperated from her molt a nice soft pinkie would do nicely on her fangs and without struggle.

I have heard of people feeding sling 1 to 2 days after a molt and adults 1 week. I go with the 1 week reguardless. I just make sure there is water so there is no dehydration.
