Dune scorpion -- delayed molts?

I have had this wild caught dune scorpion for well over a year now. I seriously it is an adult as it looks way too small, but it has not molted nor grown in size at all. Some weeks it eats everything in sight, other weeks not so much. Kept in a kritter keeper with about 4 inches of a mixture of excavator clay (10%) and sand (90%). Hot side is around 95 degrees, cool side is in the 80s, and down to 72 at night. I water the substrate every couple of months to simulate a desert rain.

It digs burrows and is rather active, just no growth or molts. Is this normal for it to take so long between molts? Could this rather small individual already be full-grown?

I had a Smeringurus vachoni that also took very long between molts, despite being kept warm. It seems this genus is just very slow growing.
