Last night my cat brought a door-mouse into our house through an open window.

It's only around an inch long not including it's tail. It's back legs are damaged, but it lived through the night in a plastic container and seems ok today. Definately wouldn't survive in the wild though as it just crawls, doesn't walk/run.

Ideal meal for an emperor to put it out of it's misery?

A quick flick on it's nose would put it out of it's misery...besides theres no telling what parasites that mouse has on it, or in it..

You should contact a licensed wildlife rehabilitator ASAP; they will either treat it or humanely euthanize it. I would not condone feeding wild mice to a captive scorp as they are riddled with diseases and parasites. Not to mention that they have very sharp teeth and could do some serious damage were they in the right mind for it.
