Does anybody have any experience keeping Paraphrynus mexicanus?

i know that that these occur natually in the southern part of AZ and into Mexico... there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of info that i can find... i'm mainly looking for how big they are as adults and captivity requirements..

does anyone have any experience with keeping these guys?

Wow! It looks like it's half tailless whipscorpion and half vinegaroon.

I have kept a few recently I kept them kind of humid an around 75 -80with something to climb on. hope this helps.when I found them, they were roaming around in the dark on a cool night -80-85 degrees, it was a bit humid and breezy. it was fairly dry on the substrate they were climbing on.

Ive found them on warm summer nights, mid-high 70's, with a decent amount of humidity and like alot of Arizona invertebrates, after rains.

I would assume room temperature would do allright just give it somehwere that is a bit more humid than the rest of the enclosure.

I once saw a barkscorpion eating one of these. It sucked becuase I was looking for them in particular that night.

The largest one i have seen, and dont quote me, was probably an inch at the widest and I doubt they get much larger than that.

thanks for the info. was that around the phoenix [gilbert] area?
