Do centipedes eat cashews/cranberries? (I KNOW THAT QUESTION SOUNDS STUPID)

Ok, I'm just trying to figure this out. I caught a centipede in my apartment with a little container I had just eaten cranberries and cashews out of. I was on my way to let the little guy outside but I noticed that he was using his mandibles to pick up the crumbs off the bottom of the container. I put an ant in there just to see what would happen, and the centipede ran up to the ant, suplexed it, then went back to licking the floor while shaking all of its appendages like it was having a little seizure.

I just don't know anything about centipede behavior so what on earth is actually going on here lol.

ok maybe i need to go find him from where i left him outside and ask him to sign a contract cuz I think you're onto something.

The centipede kind of ran up to the ant, grabbed it, lifted the front half of its body off the ground and then slammed the ant down. So I guess just my interpretation of what a centipede suplex might be
