Resolved DNS broadcast-lookup

For 3 days now. The net from Asia is having a bear of a time resolving the DNS lookup right now, resulting in about 30 seconds lag or more.
Traceroute shows a bounce back Bkk-Denver-Bkk-Denver-Ireland-Midwest-Burbank. Only AB seems to be having this problem. Other hits throughout the US are operating normally.

Is Burbank doing it's usual bizarre by any chance?

What do you have configured as your DNS servers? Inherited from the ISP via DHCP? Try setting the primary DNS server to IP address 8.8.8.8 manually on one of the devices (PC probably easiest) and see if it helps.
