Asking as thee care requirements are the same or very similar yes there are many people who house multiple so together millipedes and pill millipedes are fine but centipedes are predators and could potentially kill and eat anything that is housed with the
That said I have a communal of a spec of stone centipede that is native to my are and them seem to tolerate eachother just fine but there is always the chance they could eat each other
I had good luck with some smaller milli's and isopods in with a S. subspinipes. I think they were simply too small to bother with. In fact I had an explosion of the little beasties. I threw all my dead feeders in amd they devoured them . They could clear out an adult dubia in two or three days. I was quite surprised at how fast they could make them disappear. They make an awesome cleanup crew.
