Also, taking note of where you live, I assume that you're catching these out in the wild. Catching a couple for your personal collection is fine, so long as it's done responsibly. But a person going out intentionally catching them to sell in large numbers can very easily decimate a local population given how slowly this species grows. This species is very easy to breed - catch yourself a female and a male, breed them, and sell the babies. You'll end up with several hundred spiders for a fraction of the work.

I definitely dont go catching large numbers of them. It was just a question i only have two adults i was planning on breeding.

If you have a mature female, I' m looking for one. All I've run across is males, and now I've got the Tom Ford of chalcodes living under my bed. :astonished:
