Leiurus Quinquestriatus lives in north Africa in countries like Morocco, Tunesia, Algeria, Egypt etc.
The base substrate in those countries ain't calcium sand, so your choice of substrate is less than optimal.
It's always best to (try to) recreate the scorpions natural habitat.
LQ's are found in desert and arid areas, most keepers use a mix of desert sand, play sand and a bit of coco fibre.
Some big slate/flat rocks on top of the substrate will do fine as a hide.
LQ's aren't considered real burrowers but they will move some sand away to create a small space under a rock as a hide.
And the enclosure must be kept dry! LQ can suffer from mycosis problems if the enclosure is not dry enough. They can have a small water dish in there, just let the water evaporate
