Recently, my scorp was like being sick and feel near die.
My scorp is a asian forest scorp. It's like 4,5instar.
So, 1 week before, I put it in wet container (90% humidity) and keep it warm
around 28C degree. Like people who do for first aid.

The scorp sometime goes better and sometime goes worse(the feet are all contract, can't stand at all. ) This happens like a cycle.
Today, my scorp even not moved at all and the tail is straight and all leg contract together. (acting exactly the same look as those death specimen.)
I assmue it was dead.
After, I go out for 4,5hours and come back. It was standing like a health scorp again.

Anyone has this experience?
I may have some assumption for this.

1. It is string itself.
I see it sometime try to use its tail to string everywhere, even try to put in its month.

2. Eating parasite(I caught a quite big cricket to it. It ate half of the cricket and left it there.)

3.Environment changed. (I put a thin cover of white sand on top of the earth without changing the humidity)

4. No idea

My scorp is well feed before and eating good 2week before
Then I did not putany food for it after being like this.
It is not lack of water/ Not too cold

What you guys think?

The only other possibility I could think of is poisoning. One of the things that you placed in the enclosure mey have been mildly contaminated by a chemical harmful to the scorp. Your scorp barely survived.

Once, I accidentally place a piece of driftwood in my I. maculatus enclosure. It was treated with an anti termite spray. The scorp died shwong the same symptoms as your scorp. It behaved like its movement was not coordinated and the tail was limp.

Scorpions aren't affected by their own venom... and the tail moving all about is similar to it grooming itself.
