My centipede hadn't shown itself in awhile, so I moved its log to make sure it was ok. When I moved the log I saw that it was curled around a bunch of eggs. Then she eat the eggs. So what I want to know is will she be ok after eating all her eggs? Will this stress her out at all?

No. She actually probably ate the eggs because you stressed her out lifting the log giving her the feeling that either she or her eggs were not safe anymore so she ate them. At the same time could’ve been a dud clutch...who knows. Anyway the good news is that if she laid eggs she probably will again. Keep an eye and if she buries again do not disturb her for no reason.

Ok. Thank you. So then she can lay eggs without a male?

They tend to use that sperm for different clutches even after moulting its said they retain some... so your answer is ...yes she could very well lay more eggs.
Take care
