As the title says, the spot is like a small, bald air bubble. I dont see it on any other of my tarantulas or have never seen it on this one so I'm assuming its abnormal.

Also attaching enclosure pictures just in case anyone wants to see it.

just for scale, the space between ground and edge on the left side of the enclosure is 5cm + another 3.5cm in the lid, tarantulas DLS was 9cm.

I don’t see any bubbles- helps to circle what we need to see

unless thats something normal in which case I dont really see a reason for it to die so suddenly.
I had it for 2 years but I dont think it matured, and even then it would still take some time after ultimate molt, it had a water dish and the abdomen wasnt shrunken.
not cold temperatures cos all other T's I hold in the same room are doing fine.
just randomly while I was away for 3 days for christmas.

It could be something on the inside you can't see if recently moulted, unfortunately it happens sometimes, and the spot just looks like some hair is missing maybe she scraped it after moulting? I am sorry for your loss but it looks like even if you were there there would be little you could do , if the others are fine it's most likely a moult issue.

Its not very tall, but its still something that wasnt there in previous molts so its what im suspecting to be abnormal
looks like missing setae, honestly there’s nothing you can do but wait it out.

If T abdomen is too heavy it will drag and setae get removed
