That guy looks like a member of the Tropidophorus genus of skinks. They are called waterskinks or waterside skinks by some people.

just an update....yeah you're right Onagro. i just saw it yesterday from a book...its a Tropidophorus grayi!!!!! hehehe! after how many days & weeks of research...by the way, the name is Gray's Keeles Water Skink. It's semi aquatic, vivaparous, gives birth from 1-6 youngs & grows from 8 to 10 inches.

I'm happy now it's already eating mealworms...
