Hey all,
Can someone tell me really really quickly a common substrate for crickets. Whoever answers the quickest wins the prize.
Thanks everyone,
Paul

I use unmedicated chick mash....they can eat it, and it keeps the smell down....now, what do I win?!

I use plain vermiculite with mine. Absorbs their nastiness to keep smell down and is cheap enough to throw out between batches of crickets.

No substate. I just throw them in a a rubbermaid tub with a few egg crates. I place their food in containers. When it comes time to clean, I just dump their waste in a trash can and spray it out with a hose. Then I toss them back in.
