Damselfly nymph, suborder Zygoptera. Good luck getting family, genus, and species -- there are so many!

That's a mayfly nymph, order Ephemeroptera.
Thank you guys! 2 very close answers and to me they both categorize as dragon flys lol but I’m getting my specifics down. I’m sure I can figure it out from there. I never would’ve guessed they start out as hell shrimp though! This is wonderful news!
