Will get pics of the rest of my collection (0.0.1 Poecilotheria metallica
Well, it molted today, and that's as good an excuse as any to post this sling.

Anihan has been pretty active and in hunting mode ever since her molt (I've expected her to become a lot bolder after this molt from her two previous molts with me), but unfortunately she basically never uses her forward-facing hide entrance (as seen just above the right bottom corner in the below image) anymore and lurks behind the cork round just outside of a well-hidden entrance 24/7; a shame, because she's colored up further since her last molt and is probably well over 4" by now.

She was especially active tonight, but aside from her legs this brief underside shot is the most I've been able to see of her:

And this P. everetti sling has the opposite problem-it's become so bold (to the point of outright abandoning its hide and staying out for hours, in fact even as I'm typing this) that I'm wondering if something has gone wrong with its hide.

There have been three molts (one unexpectedly fast, two long-awaited) in the past few days. Only the unexpected molt was photographable:

This sling has since been rehoused (and has reverted to the usual geniculata gluttony):

Another post molt glutton:

And a new molt from today:

Crazy how a single enclosure change can completely alter a T's behavior.

And the molts continue (I've had a flurry of molts recently, but this is the only one I've photographed)
