Dang that looks like a terrible wound. Though i do second the opinion on many posters here that the culprit may be the shavings that he uses as substrate. A freshly molted T is stuuuuuupidly fragile, you can kill it by poking it with a slightly sharp stick. And maybe, in this case, that slightly sharp stick is one of the wooden shavings. Learn from your mistakes and move on, happy keeping dude!
