Ok so I bought some dwarf white isopods the other day and they arrived today. The thing is, is when I opened the little deli cup that they are, the dirt is crawling with tons of mites as well as the isopods. I don't really know what to do. I don't know if the mites will harm my Ts. If I separate the isopods from the dirt/mites will this be if any use.

Please any advice will be helpful

You're sure they're mites and not springtails?

Their not. The seller just contacted me and told me that they are predatory mites that he got from a friend from Texas and he added them to his culture. But then he said he's not 100% sure they are a predatory mite. Will those hurt my Ts?

If they are truly predatory mites, then no they won't. They may eat all of the baby isopods though. If you aren't SURE of what they are I wouldn't use them. I'm just a better-safe-than-sorry kinda guy.
