Hello, I've been interested in keeping one of these, but I was wondering if I could try to get a male and female and house them together in a large enclosure? There is no information to be found about keeping them together, but I doubt they would cannibalise each other like most crickets considering their body armor? I'm fine keeping just one as well, but I am always interested in social behaviors of various critters. Any keeper advice or sources are greatly appreciated.

Thank you guys, it seems like I just need to take the chance and see for myself. Really difficult to find information, thank you for trying though. <3

I kept these in the past, pics are on my IG @venomdrips. I kept them separate in large deli cups.

I have heard of people keeping these together but I never wanted to risk it.

Best to separate. You could keep them together and monitor any mating that may take place, but separate after they are done.
