I'm beginning to realize how lucky we are here to have such a close-knit bug community. I decided to post some pics of some of our bug-homies and what we all do etc...

These first pics are from the last Denver ATS party at my house.

Of course the first thing on the agenda is the live spider porn! ;)

Here's Kenny showing off a present he received from Shasta. A super sweet big ol' Vinegaroon. I don't think anybody left without a new bug of some sort.

:D

Ernie,
Yeah, the bug parties are a great time! Our next one is coming up on Feb. 9th, we can't wait. You guys should certainly plan your next gathering soon. I'd love to see some pics of the Arizona bug crew! :)

That is pretty cool Atrax.
I used to live in Colorado Springs when I was stationed at Ft. Carson for 5 years. I was a big herp freak then (still am, though I'm inbetween projects :D ). I remember there used to be a dealer/breeder down Grant Ave. She bred Theraphosa blondi (when they were still called leblondi) and P. regalis. Ah, what a cool state.
I miss Colorado. My wife, is from Del Norte, down in the San Luis Valley. Ever visit the Alligator farm down there?

I haven't but it sounds cool. I'll look into whether it's still there or not. :)
