Color get darker after molt?

My A chalcodes molted a couple of days ago. I was able to get her exuviae and see her spermatecea, so definitely a female. But she turned really dark comared to before. Will she lighten up once she is fully hardened? To me that didn't make sense. I'm just really surprised at how seemingly different she looks now. Hopefully I'll be able to get a picture of her soon to compare it. Has anyone else experienced that?

I have had A. chalcodes Very dark brown all over after a moult. Then turn lighter again after the following. Apparently this isnt as rare as I thought. I have heard of quite a few people experience this

Ha, how strange! I guess pinning down a species could be hard with all that changing back and forth!
