This really isn't something that can be answered easily.
Simple answer- Adult Centruroides vittatus or Vaejovis spinigerus are safe bets.
Better yet- What are you interested in? What are you comfortable with keeping? High or low maintenance? Natural habitat preference? How much do you want to spend?
