alot of my alphonopelma and rose hair periodically leak a droplet of fluid slowly from either under the fang area or the area under the carapace. I read that it's semi normal? I've only noticed it recently. It is about 10 degrees hotter in san diego then it has been in the last few months. Any ideas on what the clear fluid is? no they didnt all fall!

That is quite normal. After a meal, when they groom themselves...Or just because.

That happened to my rose hair after it was dropped:8o (it survived:)). Mabey to release pressure? Just a thought.

I had both my G. rosea slings do this last week. Got me really worried at first, but they both seemed fine so I let them be.
Being new to the hobby, things like this can really freak you out... at least now I know it's nothing to worry about!
