This is the CITES paper that you, in Italy, need to have if you keep a CITES protected animal, no matter if a genus Brachypelma, a Pandinus imperator, or what else under the Washington Convention.
Therefore, without one (in the case of a inspection) you will considered a protected animal smuggler, period, and end in troubles.
The situation involving arachnids here in Italy is (well, seems) a bit better now than after 2003, and I recently bought a B.smithi sling.
Now... B.smithi and such, those aren't exactly the Theraphosidae I'd love to own, go figure buy, but couldn't say a "no" to Italian recent breedings. No chance. The hobby in the boot needs total support, without questions.
