So if I understand correctly, this means no more wild collecting?
It seems that it has more to do with the import and export of these animals than just collecting them in the wild. I know different states have different laws regarding wild collection of native species.
Hopefully it means that some of these animals, especially those who are threatened by extinction, can make a recovery in the wild.

Well there is no reason to Wild collect tomato frogs for example if they can't be exported. Good thing they figured out how to breed them.
