I've seen the same characteristics with mine. The last time it molted for me, it was the ultimate, it was locked up for a good 6 weeks. Then my suspect girl emerged with a whole new look. Was long legged and lean, sporting hooks....ugh. Sent to breed with FearNot.

The point is, in my collection, many take they're time and they know best. My Apophysis has been underground for over 2 months. Luckily, I can see her and know she's molted. Just taking her time coming back out.

This is the patience part of the hobby which I'm short of. Waiting for them to come back out and then waiting to feed again.....ugh. Very difficult for me, but even harder as I have a bad habbit of feeding when they just sit there and beg, lol.

I'm sure your GBB is fine. Crack a cold one and breath 😉👍
Haha, mine usually sits at the end of her web burrow just waiting for food...and her hunting prowess is incredible. 😂 I kinda miss watching it already.

Thankfully we can see her a little as she hasn't heavily webbed the walls of where she's hiding so I know she's alive. *lol*
